Houses in Maynooth

Hi, been looking at housing estates in Maynooth for the past while. Which are best for a young family? We like the look of Silken Vale, Rockfield, Parklands but equally older estates like Maynooth Park, Greenfield Drive. Walking distance to train station is important.
