Converting Numbers Question

I know this sounds like a silly question, i am bit confused when it comes to converting numbers. If sales revenue for example is $3.41 billion in annual report, is that $3,410,000,000 or $341,000,000,000? Also, is $622m - 622,000,000 or 6,220,000

3,410,000,000 (341,000,000,000 is 341 billion)

622,000,000 (6,220,000 is 6.22 million)
