EU Claims Court

    Hi

    Just wondering if anyone has used the EU Claims Court and been successful?

    Have got some magazines printed by a printer in Wales and they made a mess of it and are refusing to take responsibility. Want to get my money back and am unsure whether to go through the Claims Court or contact a solicitor in Wales.

    Has anyone done anything similar with a UK-based business?

    Do you mean the EU small claims procedure?

    Going to be difficult to establish you're a consumer I would imagine?

    The European Small Claims Procedure deals with civil and commercial matters, it is not confined to consumers. Likewise the local Small Claims procedure also deals with business claims.
