Need software to monitor my internet quality.

Hi ,

I have some issues with my internet provider - like unstable speed ( subscribed to 10 Mb afer 2 month it came up as only capable to provide 3mb - no refund just got offered option to downgrade to 5mb and still actual speed is about 2-3.5 mb ) and most frustrating - random DC I was running speed test for 14 H with 30min intervals but its only shows pure speed and ping . Last night between 22.00 and 00.00 I had like 12 DC"s witch made my gaming session nightmare ......
So Im looking for some app / software so it could show dc"S and how long it lasts alond with speed /ping ans so on .

Any suggestions would be very welcome and appreciated .

I happen to have a license for PingPlotter (http://www.pingplotter.com), which I've had monitoring my link for packet losses for a long time, but never anything to monitor the bandwidth.
