    Hi All

I am looking to buy either a DM800 or DM500 clone.

Where would you recommend the best place to buy this box?

I am looking for somewhere that has the image / software pre installed .

    Thanks :)

Why would you buy a clone when Original E2 boxes are just as cheap.

It’s been a while since I looked into them (the clones were much cheaper than he originals)

Where is a good place to get the genuine boxes (if they are the same price)

get a genuine enigma2 reciever, better support and at least u have some come back guarantee wise,
you can get a vu zero for 130 - 140 euro,
    great little box
saw octagon sf8 for £85 sterling but exchange rate is hard
there are plenty of irish suppliers,
eg have look at swords satellites

Seems like a decent option for the price.

Is there something like DCC for this type of box ?

This receiver is similar to the Vu+ Zero and only 95 euro on Amazon.uk
    750Mhz cpu,512mb of Ram and 256Mb flash

Personally a VU+Zero is the much better deal. Its the real McCoy and has the extra ram. Very well supported, as much as the DM.

But the Vu+ Zero and the Ax-Odin I linked have the same amount of Ram.
Same cpu speed (750Mhz) and same amount of flash memory too .
They are almost identical hardware wise ,plus the Ax-Odin has a front display ,the Zero doesnt.
The Ax-Odin is produced in Korea, in the same factory as Xtrend receivers.

The support for the Vu+ is obviously better but Openatv do support the Ax-Odin .
The Vu+ Zero is well priced at 120 euro plus delivery,in fact I'd say it's the first time that they ever priced a receiver competitively .
