Just looking at something and I saw an internship but advertised as a job, but they stated it was a JobBridge internship. It was on a jobs site and not any sort of welfare.ie site or affiliated.
Are companies allowed to do that?

I'm surprised you only seen the one, half the jobs advertised on some sites are Jobsbridge.
No mention of Jobsbridge in the title or the first few paragraphs, normally only declared in the last line.

No. Report the ad to Jobbridge, using the form attached. What I've done in the past was to take a screenshot of the ad, as well as copying and pasting the actual ad. Tell them where you saw the ad too.

If companies wish to employ slaves interns, then they have to register first and undergo the (laughable) compliance checks.

    How to apply

Internships are advertised on Jobs Ireland website and local employment services offices or Intreo centres...

They can advertise on these site and it will also go automatically to the fas/solas site

It doesn't. They can't. Prospective host companies have to register the vacancies with Intreo before they can take interns.

Yes they can. They must be registered on the Fas/JobsIreland site, but they can advertise anywhere else they want, newspapers, radio, jobs sites etc.
