    1. Could I apply for jobseekers allowance up in Dublin (via a friends address) if I'm not living up there or would I need proof of address?
    2 Could I bring a letter from the social to a bank and ask for a bridging loan (equal to 8 weeks of JSA to keep me going while I'm waiting in between the application and when it is finished processing (I applied last year also and I recall it took around 8 weeks...)
