External door handle configuration

I have PVC doors back and front, euro cylinder. Both have the exact same door handle, but the backdoor locks when you pull the handle up, while the front door does not.

I want to change the behavior of the backdoor to not lock when the handle is pulled up.

Is this possible to do without replacing anything? I assume it's a case of configuring, but how?

You will have to change something.

Either the multi point locking system or the mortice or handle. Impossible to know without pics
