As First Responders, do you come across Staff/Workers, especially in large premises, that don't know their emergency routes out or assembly Points?

I used to work in a large factory I was part of our "first response team" and most fire drills actually went well most knew where to go all the time as they worked in the same area everyday
So if they had say assembly point "a" they knew that coz that's where they went every drill (a lot may not have been aware it was assembly point A it was just where they went lol)
but that's where we had problems people out of position but they normally just followed the crowd then
so it went well most of the time never had a real incident just first aid stuff really never had a real full on evac
