Air France and ATC strike un France

In typical fashion I'm booked to transit from TLV to Dublin through Paris tomorrow with Air France, just in time to catch the last day of their two-day ATC strike.
I've tried calling Dublin, was left on hold for 10 minutes (€€€!) and was then unceremoniously cut-off having spoken to nobody
I've received an email to tell us to look at rebooking online for Friday at no cost, but which we are unable to do for some unknown reason.
We still have no idea if we will make it home on time.
Has anyone had experience of Air France when flights are cancelled like this? What usually happens and what can we expect?
    Thanks
    CmA

Can you contact them through twitter? It worked well for me when Lufthansa had their strike a few weeks ago. Can they switch you to KLM instead?
