Hi all, my girlfriend has graduated her Masters and I want to get her something. Any suggestions on what might be suitable - we are not long together ? If possible id like to be able to pick something up today

I was thinking something like a photo frame possibly suitable to hold her cert or a photo from the day?

Any ideas or suggestions on what and where to get something?

Realistically what's the max you could stretch to spend?

    Upwards to €100

A photo frame isn't a great gift from a boyfriend imo. Perhaps a framed photo of you both on her graduation day would be nice but an empty frame isn't a winner in my eyes. But obviously it's not really something you can give her until after the day.

How about jewellery or just plan a special celebration night out for the two of you? A nice restaurant, some bubbles, make a toast to her (I mean just between the two of you, not suggesting you stand up in a restaurant to announce a toast :D ), make her feel special and just generally celebrate her achievement.

Graduation gifts are not really a thing too many people think of, or at least I never got any... :( The fact you are getting a gift is really nice.
After months of study/no life she would probably want to let off some steam, so spending it on going somewhere, tickets to some event or just blowing it all on booze would probably be welcome.

Yeah the photoframe was suggested to me but I am unsure on this myself.

Its the first time I've had anybody close graduate Anto which is why im unsure if its the done thing or not.

I might just bring her out for dinner and drinks.

You could always book a night in Belfast or something in a week or two away which wouldn't break the bank and give you time to get more money together if needs be
