    Great read... can't believe her first marathon was 4:30... and 2:05 half... makes me feel better :)

    ... she's very diplomatic about Qatar... I wonder how many imported workers died in the heat to build those fantastic facilities...

    Great interview, thanks to Chivito550 and of course Orna.

    What really shone through was her honesty and willingness to take the constructive criticism on board - no doubt there was similar honesty in her training in the recent past. A great role model.

    Orna has done amazingly, her former log should be mandatory reading for folks at all levels of running. She did indeed start to train harder and better, and the progression is there for all to see [as you can read about the sessions in said log!!], as this time and that time was broken and bettered...

    There's a second big transformation in play here... Chivito is interviewing an ultrarunner and taking her, and her races, seriously. I'm genuinely glad to see this. Fair dues!
