Just thought I'd start a thread to get a gauge for the rates app developers are seeking at the moment. Ideally from the viewpoint of developers with contract experience vs full time positions.

You could check online mini work website and freelance site to get the general over view of the type of service you are considering.
And you can get coders with years of experience for cheap.
