    hi there,

    I will be looking to move soon and have noticed that there are always apartments available in this complex in Kimmage (south Dublin)

    I drove past it once before and while it isn't the nicest area it didn't look like the worse either.

    But there is literally always availability here and for newish apartments in the current market it has me wondering if there is a serious problem.

    Can anyone shed any light?
