Can anyone please advise me on the correct distance the hands at address should be from the body. I feel in my case the distance is too great and as a result i am overreaching, resulting in a lot of pull shots, driver especially. Cant seem to find much on youtube .
    Thanks in advance

I used to have similar problem but in my case often stood to close. Started doing this drill on all range shots and sometimes on course when things wearnt going my way. Really helped me. After a while you won't need it cause you'll be justvable to set up on feel.

No substitute for getting a lesson on stance and pre-shot routine and setup. Having a pro check you over will save you tying yourself up in more knots on youtube.

    However :)

Try to keep your weight in the middle of your feet at address hold the club out in front and drop it, taking your stance checking your weight. Don't lean back or in your case, have your weight on your front foot/toes too much. You should be able to jump up & down a little without losing balance while in the address position. If you're doing what you're saying, you should fall forward.

Take your practice swing and step into the ball, don't just reach in without stepping in. Over reaching or weight too far leaning forward can lead to all kinds of bad shots due to poor balance, esp with driver, pulls to massive slices.
