Aer Lingus Delay >3 Hours - How to Claim?

    I just got an email advising my flight tomorrow (<1500km, departing from EU) is delayed 3 hours 20 minutes.

    It seems pretty clear that I'm entitled to 250e compensation as the delay is not for extraordinary circumstances for that flight (just a backup of other flights from today due to weather).

    Anyone know how to claim? I assume the process is somewhat obscure.

    Just found out original flight running as planned, but some pax have been bumped to allow for people bumped from the two IOM flights cancelled today.
