Hi. My 200l sprayer has stopped pumping. I can feel the pipe which empties the tank pulsing like as if it's trying to pump. If I remove the outlet where it's attached to the Pto pump should water be pumping out or do I need the whole system pressurised. Any ideas. Is there much involved in removing the pump and taking it apart. Might I be able to see a problem when it's dissasembled. I can see the Pto turning at the back of the pump housing.

Can't help specifically but would suggest unscrewing every piece of pipe work and putting a bit of grease on the o rings and screw threads.
I did this a couple yrs ago with our Hardi and not a bit of bother since.

What I've got now is water coming through the pump and as far as the pressure gauge but no pressure to speak of even at high revs. Diaphragm is new and sound
