I have bonding to close a gap in my front teeth which has broken twice in the last 6 months so dentist says it's time to consider crowns - estimated cost will we be €500 each. Is this too cheap/will they be crap?

    OP it depends.
At 500 euro each these are going to be basic budget crowns. All other things being equal, the aesthetics of such a crown will not be at the top end of dental technology, however that may not matter to you. Its a law of deminishing returns and spending twice as much per crown may only get you a say 20% better looking crown. Ask for photographic examples of this standard of crown fitted to a patients mouth, if you are happy with the result then fire ahead.
