Fertilizer available few weeks after spreading

Spread urea three weeks ago: bag an acre. Soil indices all ok etc. tight on grass at the moment but weather up. just wondering would that urea be still available now to get burst of growth. Hadn't much effect til now with the cold nights and ground wet. don't want to have to start off blanket spreading again....
