    Hi Guys,
Im going to be finished my C# Software Development honors degree in june and was wondering what would be a suitable salary to look out for.
I am going for an ASP.NET development position.
I am going to hopefully be working in Galway also.
    Thanks,
    Tommy

Did you try checking the job sites to see what's on offer?

    yes

    Did you find anything?

Might also be worth you digging out a few of the salary surveys, a few of the larger agencies publish them every year.

I'm guessing a graduate with ASP.NET could seek in around €30k to €35k per year plus additional benefits.

Assuming a graduate role in Galway, my friends who went into .Net development started between €25000 - €30000. Usually any benefits (health insurance, pension) would kick in after the probation period is over.

From this, http://www.morganmckinley.ie/article/it-2015-salary-survey-benefits-guide , you are looking at between 25k and 38k

I'd say you would be looking at 25k-30k in Galway.
