Does anyone know how much you would have to pay when you buy a frame of €189 combined with Super Thin lenses of €30 (instead of $90)?

I have a medical card but have no idea how much the exact entitlement value is, or how much exactly "the small top up with your medical card" would be when buy a frame of €189 with the €30 Super Thin lenses.

The website says that with a medical card, you can:

    1. Pay a small ‘top up’, together with your Medical Card entitlement to get glasses from the €89 range or above.

    OR

    2. Instead of using your Medical Card entitlement to get free glasses or glasses at a reduced price, you can alternatively use it as part-payment towards any of these great offers (you just pay the difference between your entitlement value and the full price of the offer):
    2 for 1 glasses from €89
    2 for 1 designer glasses from €149
25% off glasses for over 60s
    Free Reactions
    Free Thin + Light lenses
    Free anti-reflection treatment
