At the moment, Office is very basic on Windows Phone 8.x. No real support for headers and footers and all that sort of stuff.

When Windows 10 releases in 'the summer' you will get a full featured version of Office (word, powerpoint, excel, etc.) similar to or better than the versions on iOS and Android.

These will be released as 'Universal Apps' which means that they will essentially be the same on a Windows 10 PC or Phone or Tablet.

There's a possibility with the next Windows 10 phone Preview build that the Office Apps will be available to test. Might be worth taking it for a spin then. (p.s. it's expected in the next week or so).
