    Hey
Im upgrading from a hybrid to a road bike and am in between the Fuji Gran Fondo 2.7
    or the Scott CR1 20 105

They are both available for around 1500 euro.
Im looking for something comfortable as I have some lower back problems over the years and both of these seem to be designed with comfort in mind.

The other option for 1000 euro is the Fuji sportif 1.3
I plan to do a good bit of cycling over the summer but just for fun and wont be in any competitions or anything like that.

Any advice as have no idea which is the best option...?

    Cheers

I've owned a CR1 and found it to be a good mix of speed and comfort.
Don't know anything about the Fuji but the review below makes it seem a very good buy.

Ya I love the 2014 model color with the red/black mix.
The 2015b isnt as nice imo.
    Cheers for the reply!

I have a Granfondo with the 105, I find it very comfortable and the position on the bike is more up and I am usually cycling on the Hoods or the top of the handlebar, absorbs well the vibration on the road, and it is stable and inspire confidence on the descends, I am usually cycling up the hills in Stepaside / Glenculen, and I use the bike for comute.

The only other experience I have on a road bike is a Lapierre audacio 200, and the ride as much less confortable than the Fuji.

I like the looks of it and internal cable routing helps to keep the looks clean. No problems with the components, I have changed the tyres to a 25mm, and the seat and brake pads, but thats more of a personal preference than faulty components.
