Anyone else's payg blue face stopped working?

    i have 3 Blueface payg accounts setup for myself my parents and my parent in law in Spain, but in the last couple of weeks they have all dropped off at different times, are they stopping these packages on existing customers if so they owe us monies for credit still on our accounts! I didn't have a physical number just thier internal 076 number.

    See if it goes back to normal in another week? I have found school holidays play havoc with 3 connections because users who would normally be at school connecting to a mast provisioned for it are back at home using their connections often on rural masts that have minimal capacity.

    Plus of course there have been a few connectivity complaints that users are blaming on the 3 + O2 merger.
