    Anything is possible if you've got the money, but realistically you're looking at replacing engine/gearbox/driveline/looms/keys etc etc etc.
    It would never be economically viable, even if you were a mechanic and had a spare 318d donor car - the labour involved would be substantial.

    Short version- waste of timing thinking about it.

    Soon to be seen on a site near you a 2.0 with cheap tax she only 1.6 on da buck.....


    If you were a mechanic and had a doner car then it could be done but as said above it would'nt be worth the hasel or extra costs.
