If I withdraw sterling from my Bank of Ireland account at an ATM in the UK, will I be charged commission?

    Hi PanicStations,

Thanks for contacting us on Boards.

Yes there is a cross border fee when you withdraw Sterling from an ATM in the UK and you hold a Euro current account. This is 3.5% of transaction value. The charge is a minimum of €3.17, and a maximum of €11.43 per transaction. You can find this on our Fees and Charges brochure here.

If we can help with any other query, please let us know.

    Thanks,

    Sarah
