I think I would like a set of i25's but am wondering what the equivalent would be in other brands, particularly Mizuno, Callaway and maybe taylor made or Nike. Suggestions.

Also I have graphite shafts which I don't think suit my game. Where should I go from there. Thinking stiff shafts but...???
    Thanks for any advice.

Custom fitting is your answer esp with irons, your paying enough for them and using them on every hole so you want to make sure they suit you. You can go to independent custom fitting centre like foregolf or birr golf shop to mention a few of you have the likes of mcguirks and halpennys etc.

Personally I find the best fitting is on a proper range where you can see ball flight and what not rather than just hitting into a net/projector

The equivalents of the i25s are the Mizuno JPX EZ and 850, Titleist 714 AP1, Taylormade RSi, Nike Vapor and Callaway XR. All great clubs but make sure you get custom fitted.

Is there a particular type of swing that stiff or graphite shafts ud suit in irons? Big hitters, etc.

Hi there, I think this is my first post but Ping have a pretty decent fitting service on their website. I can't post the link. I got a set of those irons last year and what the Ping site told me I needed was exactly what the fitter ended up giving me. I'm 5'10" and ended up with black dot (Standard lie and loft with a CFS Stiff shaft) A nice upgrade from my previous Ping Eye 2's.
