…become far more inflammatory and irritating in recent times?

I'm talking about the kind of "X things everyone thinks about Y type of people" or "X things Y type of person wants" etc. "5 things every guy secretly wants in bed", "12 things everyone hates about country students", "the things every girl thinks but would never tell her BF", "5 ways your life starts sucking when you hit 21" etc.

These essentially manage to make everyone out to be appalling human beings 99% of the time, which we all know isn't true (most people are only appalling human beings around 85% of the time, tops ;) ) - all ezines and Facebook pages tend to post clickbait rubbish like this occasionally, it comes with the territory sadly, but am I the only one who feels that CT has gone off the deep end and is now spewing this kind of ragebait on a more or less constant basis? They used to write generally thought-provoking articles, now it's just lists of things which make certain demographics awful people and try to make you question whether your girlfriend or boyfriend is secretly a complete gobsh!te.

Basically just wondering am I the only one who's noticed this, or has this outlet genuinely changed in recent times?
