    Hi

I was recently offered a job in Paris. In order to get set up with the social security, they are saying they need my birth certificate translated by a sworn translator.

Does anyone know where I could find one and how much it will cost?

Im moving to Bolougne-Billancourt in Paris; anyone have any experience of the area?

Is there an Alliance Française near where you live ? They do translations : http://alliance-francaise.ie/translation/

My wife needed her birth certificate translated and went to Translation.ie on the quays in Dublin. It was translated into English but I assume translated from English would be no problem. Cost €50

Just be careful and make sure they can make sworn translations. My husband works as a freelance technical translator, and is often getting enquiries about translations of certificates, which he can't do because he's not a sworn translator. Just check.
