    For B can't see the full question but I assume its pent-2-ene... you have 5 groups attached to your third carbon (double bond counts as 2).. Get rid of one of the hydrogens as there can only be 4 groups on a carbon

    For C, it's mean to be a ring structure

    You see the book has 2 Cs in it. Miaprint. I am on about the first C
