Musician based in the Dublin city centre, mid-20s.

Several years experience playing and performing guitar. I've also subbed for bass guitar and keys at gigs. Ideally, I would like to join/help start a band playing original music.

I have a reverb pedal, a pitch shift pedal and a compression/distortion pedal; electric guitar; electro-acoustic guitar; midi controller; acoustic guitar; banjo; ukelele

On guitar, I write quite punky and new wave tunes or edging towards more traditional folk and antifolk acoustic. The more fun and subversive I can be, the happier I am.

Influences: Television, Talking Heads, Elvis Costello, Franz Ferdinand, Jeffrey Lewis, Withered Hand, Velvet Underground, The Cure, Pixies

Some local bands that I enjoy seeing: Fight Like Apes, Little Xs for Eyes, Cave Ghosts, Myles Manly, Rural Savage, No Monster Club, Cal Folger Day

Some international acts that I enjoy seeing: King Creosote, Paws, Withered Hand, Go! Team, Radiohead, Young Fathers, Jeffrey Lewis, Beach House, Belle and Sebastian, Django Django, Scissor Sisters, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Arcade Fire, The National

I also write music for other people and for short films in a variety of styles and genres.
