Hi , how was the interview ? And what kind of questions did you get ?

Yeah it was good. They were very nice. Gave me some info about the role what they expect,the training giving etc...

Questions were competency based so had to give examples of a time I was under pressure how I handled it etc..

I had a interview with them too last week , nice people indeed

Just about to ask the same. They asked if I would be available to start on the 27th April if successful but have heard nothing as of yet

They told me same thing , They said I do hear back today Monday ,they seemed interested , i gave her an email this morning enquiring if I should be hearing from then today , didn't get a respond back yet

Fingers crossed. I felt it went well but have been disappointed on so many occasions before so not getting my hopes up. Have never worked shift work before either so would find that strange.

I feel it's right we be informed if we weren't successful , still didn't get a reply to the email I sent to them yesterday , did they give u any date at all that you should be expecting a call back ?

Just got an email to say I wasn't successful. Not sure what they are looking for to be honest. I know someone working there who has no banking experience but has call centre experience so that could be it. Anyway onwards and upwards. Hope it's good news for you

No , I just got the same email , it's weird as am well sure I qualified , I have call centre experience and doing a degree in finance and accounting , I have emailed back asking for a feedback on exactly what made me not successful

I have applied for a similar position through a recruitment agency. Turns out it's Permanents Fraud call centre. Weekend shift work. 3 month contract with a view to permanency

Very fustrating ugh , good luck with this one ... Did u mention on your other post that you got an interview with TNT ? As I just got to attend one , don't no if it's worth it

I ended up not going for the TNT one as when I applied I thought they were still based in Swords and not Tallaght
