Sony Xperia changing email accounts query

I put in my email address for my brother when he got a new smartphone as a default to get apps etc. Now I've been able to change the mail settings so that he now receives mails for his own account. So how do I delete my email account off his calendar and play store? Thanks for any help

Settings - and click accounts I think.
