    Hiya wondering if anyone can shed sum light. I recently applied for a p21 form online. It originally went into pending requests bit left it very quickly overnight I think! It than went into historical request with a PIC of a apen envelope this was days ago. So on a instinct I rand revenue to speak to someone as I don't really understand what I was doing, the lovely lady I was speaking to told me that because I had worked with the same company twice in the one year ( temp break contract hired again permanent) that they had to fix this which I think she did over phone. Brilliant! But I went on to PAYE anytime and checked 2014 and there is now a message in the year that I have to contact revenue as request cannot be completed, this was not there before my phone call. Do I need to ring again or just leave it. The woman over the phone told me I would get an email. I'm very confused, its prob so simple. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
