    Hi
Just looking for some info from people who work as maintenence engineers in the hvac , electrical and plumbing area. Currently working for a company and we do out of hours callouts for customers. Call times range from no heating in buildings to leaks and air con issues. My main query is what the industry standard is for minimum callout hours and the standard rate for being on call regardless of calls. The hours on are from 5 in the evening to 7 the next morning Mon - Fri and full days Saturday to Sunday. The calls are nationwide. I'm just looking to find the general standard pay.
    Any help would be great.
