am i reading this correctly that i will only be able to buy a min of 10ltrs of spray unless i shell out for the course Another layer of redtape/money making racket beside doing the course is there any way around being able to buy 30-40 of Agritox pa without having to show proof that you got a professional user to apply it

I thought it was any knapsack spaying at all needed one of the courses
