    Hi
1/would you have contact numbers for a not expensive survery to look at a property to buy? Please send me details . Are there any obiligations for surveyer /buyer?

2/ And also I wanted to ask you if the survery finds flaws in the property what then? Is the owner obligated to repair before sale or to drop the price? Or he can walk away from the sale. (the sale is not very high priced- 255 for 4 bed in south dublin)

    1/ Google does.

2/ Down to you to negotiate I'm afraid. Seller may indeed walk.
