    There is another one called watch tracker or something like that, but you need to tap the screen to get the measurement, which to me sounds a bit flawed.

    The time on your link isn't skipping seconds for me, but it is a bit jerky at times. It seems to be set to update every second, so any slight delay in the browser will make the change of seconds seem a bit off occasionally.
