I don't know the legal side of a collapse but if Setanta is anything to go by you'll be the one left out of pocket with no recourse.

Guys, per the charter and the Stickied Thread at the top of the forum, please don't speculate about individual insurance companies until there is verifiable confirmation (ie a link-able article with concrete facts, not just an opinion column) that they are in trouble.

I was right about two of them...
RSA is looking like it's going to be sold to Zurich and FBD got a outside injection of 70 million.
