    I am a new entrant into farming I have submitted applications for the national reserve and young farmer scheme. I have 49 acres of land. My query is regarding what are the charges for submitting the application .I know what the teagasc charges are just wondering is there better value to be got elsewhere

    If you did not submit an SPS last year (2014) then you will not be able to apply for GLAS this year, will have to wait till 2016.

    Yes but you will have to submit a BPS application this year and the land on that application will be eligible for GLAS in 2016.
