Anybody here travelled to Ethiopia and got the necessary vaccinations?

I'm going at short notice, and travelling in two weeks (for two weeks).

How necessary are they? Have I left it too late to get them? I think some vaccinations should be got quite a few weeks before travelling?

I rang the Tropical Advice Bureau in Dublin but they want me to call in to them and that's not realistic as I'm not Dublin based.
