Payscale - where to find ? - stock controller/similar

    ...where could I determine payscale / market rates for something like a stock controller ? (more than a stores person, but not a management position).

    ...trying to determine if (we) can create an opening, but the role would be bespoke, so finding it very hard to see what it would cost to create....

    ...role (would) be in a physical production environment (factory).

    are you a member of an employers group (eg IBEC)? They usually have pay data for your area of employment and area of the country.

    Failing that talk with a recruitment agent to see what they guide.


    However I suppose the central point is how much is this role worth to your company (and how much can you afford to pay for it)?

    no, not IBEC. If I mention it to a HR co, I get plagued, and all their ads state 'negotiable'.......

    Looking at jobs.ie I see them anywhere from 25k - 50k.

    Your final point I agree with, and is something I'm working on.
