My aunt has a serious issue with alcohol. She has admitted she needs help and has agreed to come with me ti talk to a gp about it.

Any suggestions for one in dublin, somewhere central if possible

It's very important to find someone sympathetic and non-judgemental, if she feels like she's being judged or lectured, it'll be difficult to persuade her to tackle this.

OP, posters cannot give any recommendations for specific GPs. Her own GP should be the first place she goes. If she's not comfortable with that bring her to yours. Any GP will be able to offer and steer her in the right direction if your aunt goes to them.
