I don't know if this will help but I know of two company's that manufacture/ sell sprinkles to businesses - O' Briens ingredients are a company in dublin and sell sprinkles in 1 and 12.5kg boxes. Finlay's foods are from Northern Ireland but deliver to the south also and sell sprinkles in 5kg and 12.5kg boxes
