have an 07 outlander, 2.0D 140bhp, have had constant issues with the turbo in the car, had it replaced twice, EGR valve replaced and still have issues with a loud 'whistle' from the turbo and when travelling at lower speeds, e.g around town, the car is very 'jumpy'. Took it to the garage and was told that the 'throttle flap' was now gone...the whole engine is nearly replaced at this stage!!.. anyone any idea if this will finally fix the problem and how much does a 'flap' cost?? second car i've had with turbo issues like this...sick of it at this stage.. thanks in advance
