    It's 2x4mts but wouldn't extend to 8mtr, something like 6mtr safely I would say.

    That's a Stradbally Ladder, they make a good ladder- I have one of their's, but the Woodies description is pretty rubbish it has to be said with very little info there to help you make an informed decision. Maybe check out Stradbally Ladders own site or put in an info request by email direct to them.

    Just checked my own Stradbally ladder- 4m closed length, max. extension 7.45m or 24 feet.
