All the images look Sharp and well exposed, The deer photo definitely has the most interesting subject matter, I think if you had been a bit lower to get more in its eye line may have improved it. I think the Child in the photo could have been left out unless if she was interacting with the deer in some way although things like that are usually out of your control.
The images all have 'good contrast' but I think in post you could make them 'pop' a bit more with some extra colour and a small bit of dodging and burning(just don't go overboard).

You have a good eye, keep it up.

    Thanks Oran :)

The little girl and her father were feeding carrots to the deer, I have other shots of that that did not come out as well in terms of focus. What your saying is correct though, when I look at it, I see the little girl looking at her hand because the deer just took that carrot from her, but without that context its not as interesting.

Here are few more of the deer:

The third shot in the last bunch you posted is my favourite. Great composition for me and very strong. One thing I would say to keep in mind is what is in and what is out of the photo. Take a look at the antlers, often they are cropped out of the shot and it would really be better to have them all included. If that third shot had a little more room to the left it would be even better, giving him some space to look into. It's a nice depth of field, with the background blurred out but a good context of where is his and he's not alone.

Some of the shots don't seem sharp to me - make sure you have your focal point set and that you half press to select your focal point - try focus on the eyes if possible for head shots and then recompose if necessary.

To me in the series they look like a set of pictures being photobombed by one deer. The last B&W one looks like he's particularly pleased with himself at what he's done.

To me the first one seems a bit dark, the other's look a bit washed out and lack contrast. Problems of an overcast day I'd say. The tone curve in camera raw will fix that, it's basically a levels curve so you could do it in photoshop itself it's just easier in camera raw.

The detail in the crow is lost so it's basically a silhouette, You can concentrate on making the sky bright and colourful.
