    Do you need to petition the chief justice to become a Commissioner for Oaths does anyone know? I have had a look at the forms on Courts.ie and I think you have to. Could anyone in the know confirm? Much obliged

    Applications are made in the Supreme Court.

    Be aware that if your ducks are not in a row, it is possible to be told no.
