Nexus 7 Won't Update

On lollipop version 5.0 and it keeps saying system is up to date. I flashed the update via a link on here when it first came out but it refuses to update ota any ideas?

Nexus devices updates are rolled out in stages, to limit the damage a failed update could have and reduce the load on the update servers. At some point your device will get the update.
