Lidl's new 292,000 sq ft development in Tallaght.

    Recently I've got a feeling that all property topics got deeply sensitive. Is it because everyone are concern if Celtic Phoenix recovery is really long term trend and how to invest in such situation?
    Anyway - end of recession come with few new developments all around Dublin - glad to see it especially with lands in the central part of the city. But I came across something really strange today as I spotted new development growing on Lidl site in Tallaght next to Main Road and iconic unfinished Greenhils development - symbol of Irish property bubble burst from 2009:

    I did not take any picture as I was driving. All I found in planning at South Dublin Council website (ref no. SD13A/0016) and article from December 2012 (independent.ie):

    It is far developed from what I saw, 3-4 floors up already. I appreciate bravery of German investor (Lidl) but have some concerns if it wont finish as the development from my first link.
